Lydia Angelica Hernandez obtained her Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law with pro bono honors for her dedicated commitment to helping communities in need, after attending USC Upstate where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Ms. Hernandez is a Member of the South Carolina Bar and is licensed to practice in South Carolina. She is also fully registered with the Department of Justice, Executive Office of Immigration Review to practice in the area or Immigration Law.
Attorney Angelica Hernandez is pleased to provide services to community in the Upstate of South Carolina as a Criminal Defense Attorney, Family Law Attorney, Immigration and Naturalization Lawyer, and Personal Injury Lawyer in the Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Union, Cherokee, Laurens, and Pickens County.
Lydia Angelica Hernandez is fluent in Spanish and English and has been involved in the court system since 2000. She was a Federal Court interpreter, family and criminal court interpreter for a period of more than fifteen (15) years. Ms. Hernandez has also worked for other law firms previously as a paralegal, and after graduating from Law School, as an Associate Attorney. She is pleased to have her own firm now and provide services to the community as a Criminal, Family, Immigration, and Personal Injury Attorney in the Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Union, Cherokee, Laurens, and Pickens County.
She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, where she obtained a degree in Social Work, but has called Greenville, SC her home for the past 28 years. Lydia Angelica Hernandez has been married to Hugo C. Hernandez for 28 years, and they have three children ages 26, 21, and 12.
